My Zeus is AU, in that he wandered from Olympus and slowly found his way among mortals. He found himself not envying them, but enjoying their company, though he still got pissed when they exceeded what he felt was their rightful station. Still, he wandered. The Old Gods fell from rulership, but he kept his power, in hiding. Hiding in plain sight.

Eons later, he perused the ruins of Olympus and shook his head, before turning his back and not returning again.Their time was done, but his time, here, in the mortal realm, had just begun.

He found an occupation, one that suited him, and that filled him with a liking of it. He travelled, and he enjoyed himself. He was, truly, content, for the first time in a very long time.

Then he found the Nexus, where worlds brushed each other and beings from times and spaces can speak. He liked it, so he stayed for awhile.

Zeus is arrogant, annoying, and full of lust. He lusts after every woman he ever saw, and some he didn't even know existed. He lusts after his mother, his sisters, his aunts, and his neices and daughters, and after mortals of every race. These days he is more jaded, but he is still a man who will sleep wioth any woman who appeals to hjim at the drop of a hat and wil pursue her to world's end. What he will not do, these days, is rape.

Something happened to him, one dark year, that he will not say, but it changed him, both in sex, and in life, and bent him to a more polite place, a more respectful one. One where he even regretted Hera's demise, for wont of the love he had for her early on.
